 　　分子生物學(xué)博士，九十年代曾任美國哥倫比亞大學(xué)副研究員，參與了二項美國國家科學(xué)基金資助項目，在中、美、英、法、日、希臘等SCI權威雜志發(fā)表重要論文23篇，其中包括《美國國家科學(xué)院雜志》（PNAS）等。曾經(jīng)承擔中國國家科技部重大攻關(guān)項目負責人，并取得三項專(zhuān)利。曾成功組織國際風(fēng)險投資機構收購中國企業(yè)。同時(shí)，也是我國環(huán)境能源市場(chǎng)機制和聯(lián)合國南南經(jīng)濟合作新機制的重要倡導者和推動(dòng)者。組織與領(lǐng)導上海環(huán)境能源交易所，參與全球氣候變化應對機制。組織與領(lǐng)導聯(lián)合國南南全球技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易系統項目并出任南南全球技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易所總裁，參與聯(lián)合國南南合作創(chuàng )新機制，受到聯(lián)合國相關(guān)組織的嘉獎。 本`文@內-容-來(lái)-自；中^國_碳0排0放^交-易=網(wǎng) ta n pa i fa ng . co m

Biography of Dr. Lin Jian
 
　　Dr. Lin Jian holds a Ph.D in molecular biology. As an associate research scientist of Columbia University in the United States in 1990s, Dr. Lin participated in two American National Science Foundation funded projects and published 23 important theses in authoritative science magazines in China, the US, the UK, France, Japan and Greek, including the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).

　　Dr. Lin was in charge of important Research and Development projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of People’s Republic of China and obtained patents for three technologies. He also successfully organized the acquisition of Chinese enterprises by international venture capitalist corporations. He is not only an active promoter of the market mechanism of China’s environment and energy sector, but also an important advocate for the innovation of South-South Cooperation of the United Nations.

　　Dr. Lin organizes and leads Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, and takes part in the coping mechanism of global climate change.  He also organizes and leads the South -South Global Assets and Technology Exchange System project.
